Jasmen Rogers (she/her/hers), Founder and Principal Visionary at Folding Chair Consulting, is a facilitator and strategist with expertise in building spaces to impact organizational alignment internally and externally, centering the issues of racial, gender, and LGBTQ+ equity.

Being a highly sought-after speaker and coalition builder, Jasmen has worked for several years at the intersection of racial and gender justice by advancing state and local legislation, co-creating curricula that make the political process accessible, organizing movements toward social change, soliciting and maintaining donor relationships, and producing a variety of events to center the experiences of LGBTQ+ people.

Jasmen has organized state legislators in favor of policy initiatives, has curated several spaces that have brought together tens of thousands of people towards a shared political agenda, has worked with local and international organizations in amplifying meaningful diversity, equity, and inclusion, and has recruited over $500,000 in small and large dollar donations to fund a variety of work.

She currently serves as Chair of the Broward County Commission for the Status of Women, was recently named one of the 150 Most Influential People in Florida Politics, and is a former Wilton Manors Community Affairs Advisory Board member.
